At $3,800 for a four day course, I am not sure that this course will be accessible to users of services, neighbourhood leaders, community volunteers, self-help groups, carers, parents of kids with challenges, or people with disabilities and other disadvantages. It may well be only accessible to officials in governments and NGOs and corporates, but I'm sure the organisers will have thought of this and must have plans in store to ensure a broad social participation. I can't for a minute imagine that the course is intended solely for managers in paid work roles.
