We are happy to announce the members of the panel that will select the ideas that will come to the 1st Australian Social Innovation Camp.
- Professor Peter Shergold AC: Head of the Centre for Social Impact
- Martin Stewart-Weeks: Chairman, Australian Social Innovation Exchange
- Mary Nguyen: Executive Director, Vibewire Youth Inc. - Mary has worked with Vibewire Youth Inc for almost 3 years now, and seen many youth projects and ventures launch, including Vibewire's recent relaunch itself. She is interested in how the combination of technology, passionate people and shared visions can make a powerful difference in the world.
- Andrew Brough: An experienced director & entrepreneur, Andrew has recently returned to Australia after 13 years living in the UK, France and USA. He helped set up social ventures in the UK including School of Everything, Spice and Social Innovation Camp (UK) and venture funds in health and education for the Young Foundation. Previously he co-founded several ventures from University R&D and consulted to organisations such as the BBC and Siemens.
- Ryan Cross: IT Consultant, Drupal Developer, Entrepreneur, Open Source Advocate, ProjectPier Leader, Geek.

Apart from the obviously highly skilled folks, I am really delighted to see Ryan Cross' name there as he is a living example of an engaged and collaborative member of the Australian technology community- and always volunteering help when and where he can. Congrats Ryan and well done for including someone with tech savviness and youth!
